28th edition is published

The 28th issue, Vol.14 No. 2 (2026), of the International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice has been published and is now available for readers. From October 2026, the Editorial Board of the Journal is accepting submissions for the 29th edition, scheduled for publication in March 2027.
