The International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice (IJCSRP) is an open access journal. All published articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription or access fees.
The Journal supports the principles of open science and believes that unrestricted access to scholarly research promotes the global exchange of knowledge, enhances academic collaboration, and increases the visibility and impact of research.
All articles published in the Journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.
Under this license, users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, share, adapt, and reuse the published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.
The Journal does not charge authors any submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), publication fees, or other mandatory charges. The Journal also does not charge readers for access to published content.
Open access applies immediately upon publication, without an embargo period.
